Your straight forward attitute is one quality i like about you even if i have to say so myself even when its makes me angry since i tend to have a short temper i'm not proud of..Luckily there is people out there who can say I'm sorry and admitt their wrong..i know its not easy to admitt that becuase of pride...I for one is guilty in that but I turned to look pass that to avoid conflickt becuase i seriously hate that...So never lose that quality even when it piss people off..I have a soft heart and gets offended quite easly and people tend to use that agains me but tkaing advantage of my good heart...i don't know if i'm making sense or if this is even have to do with anything but i just wanted to point that out..

I tend to have that affect on some people because they don't realize what they are doing isn't the way it should be. It's hard to let go of what has been the norm and what society has taught you is okay. It takes a lot of strength to change and go against the current. It's hard for some people to admit they are wrong, and so they get angry with me for pointing it out.

I'm glad you do..And thanks for saying that...I make alot of mistakes and tend to do them everyday but hurting others is the last thing I want to do so i understand what you mean...And no I didn't take it the wrong way atleast not this time....

I still do it. Three weeks ago, Joe did something that irritated me, and I said, "Boys are stupid.... no. people are stupid. Actually, Joe's stupid." It took me three tries to get it right. I'm sure I'll do it again, but I recognize it isn't right, so I change my way of thinking, and that's all I want people to do: recognize what they are saying is not right. And maybe, just maybe, they'll figure out it was wrong, and change.

I believe that you want to help, but to do so, you need evaluate what you believe in. Don't take this the wrong way. I'm not saying that to be rude. I'm just telling you so you can adjust. You've said two things that have stuck out to me as not being helpful towards others, and they can be rather hurtful. Be mindful of what you say. Sometimes, you might have to think: is what I'm saying/thinking a good or bad thing. It may seem like a small matter to you, but not to someone else.
You're a good person, and I know you try hard to do the right thing. Your heart is in the right place. However, if you don't believe in the right thing, it's going to hold you back.

You don't think I care about the strangers that will read posts that are derogatory and who will feel hurt upon reading those things? I can't believe you even said that. I care about more than just myself and the people closest to me. I care about humanity and our society. I care about the generations after me who will have to live in a world full of hate and ignorant people who don't care about others.
Yes, it is a full time job, but that doesn't mean I shouldn't do it.

I'm just saying MOST bosses aren't assholes. Generalizations are shitty and wrong. Your boss is an asshole. The commenter must have had a shitty boss. So, those people are assholes. Not most. Not all.

I guess you read my post?^^ Well there will be alot of people who will say stuff like their boss is an asshole or something like that and they have good reason to say such things becuase some bosses are..Like mine. he deducts money from my paycheck for no reason, he never understands when someone needs a favour or when they need time off for something important..

I had to look after my mom becuase she is very sick and I asked him for 2 days off to look after my mom since my two brothers was away from home...He told me that there is no way i can get off becuase my mom can look after her self...I mean how does he know that? my mom has a sickness that can't be cured and I'm very worried about her...I can understand why you have the need to correct people my friend but let people be and do and say what they want..Unless its not pointed at your friends and family why bother? I know you always wants to help but if you want to correct everybody who says that kinda stuff then you can concider that a full time job becuase your gonna be very busy..
