I really appreciate the feedback. It is something I need to sleep on... probably for a few nights. What I really need to do is just talk to him about it. Get everything out in the open. Get all these questions asked and answered. And I will eventually. I just need to figure out what I really want, first. I know I want to be with him. Otherwise, I wouldn't keep going back. But I need to figure out if that's the best decision I can make.
Honestly I have 0 experience in dating and relationship matters as I have yet to go on an actual date but I will try to help as best as I can.
What it sounds like is you've gotten tangled in the messy web that is love. Well obviously. *crickets chirp* Anyway moving on. *clears throat*
My best advice would be to play it by ear, see how it goes with this guy. If he does actually really love you and care about you, then he'll understand no matter what and support you in whatever decision you make.
As for your "friends" to hell with em! (No offense meant,just expressing a sentiment) What I mean is who cares if they "approve". Why don't they meet the guy and then go from there. If they are true friends they will respect you and look out for you. Again I'm going off personal experience here but I don't know your situation. I'm not you. You deal with them how you see fit. Back to the point.
Honestly just follow your instincts and do what you feel is right. Sleep on it,maybe some inspiration on how to handle it will hit ya in the morning. Sorry if I wasn't very helpful but I tried. Anyway just letting you know you have a friend here if you need one. :)
