Author's note:
This is my favorite chapter, so far. I had so many ideas for it that I had to break it in two parts. Again.
First, the title. "Fireworks" is a song by Angra, a Brazilian power metal band I love. I had the idea for this chapter while listening to it, so I just had to quote it.
I did have some trouble with the subtitle, and I'm still not sure if it's good... I'm open to critics and suggestions, especially regarding the title, please! (On a side note, I'm starting to come up with a title for the whole story...)
The fox demons' clan name came from one of the most popular fireworks manufacturer in the history of Japan. Even today, japanese people have the habit of shouting "Tamaya!" or "Kagiya!" (another famous fireworks maker) during fireworks display.
Last, the fire demons' names... I felt like paying homage to some characters from animes I love. They are: Sajin Komamura (7th Squad's Captain - Bleach), Teru Mikami (Death Note), Megumi Takani and Houji Sadojima (both from Rurouni Kenshin).
