The others are right, just take it easy. ^_^ No need to worry about work, everyone needs time off. You did an awesome job with the celebrity chat so we really appreciate you keeping up with stuff like that in spite of all the crazy stuff going on in your life.
I'm sorry for your grandmother's death and I offer my condolences to you and your family. And I hope you're feeling okay now. It's alright if you might not do what you need to do for theOtaku; everybody needs to have a rest, even a little bit, when they are undergoing such trying times.
I'm not sure I could ever view the body of a loved one, that would be a bit too much.
It's not the first time, but in this case, I had no choice. By law, in order to do a cremation of a body, someone has to identify it first. o_O Being her legal guardian meant I was the ONLY one who could do it.
I'm very sorry to hear about your grandmother. It sounds like she will be in peace now since she wasn't really "there" anymore. Arranging funerals does seem very difficult indeed. I also want to be cremated and just have my ashes spread around a forest or something since I don't want to be buried in the ground nor do I want to have my loved ones have to spend all the money for the coffin and everything. I'm sure your grandmother was a wonderful person so hold onto all those good memories, kay?*hugs*

I know what it's like. My grandpa died back in 1996, and we'd been very close. He suffered a series of strokes, and so it wasn't like it was him anymore, he wasn't the vibrant crazy person he used to be.

*hugs again*
We're here for ya. ^^

I had no doubt in my mind that you would bounce back from this. I'm sure your grandmother was a delightful person and hopefully some of her spirit still lives within you. She's in a better place now and hopefully she can rest in peace. My thoughts and prayers go out to you, Beth. Thanks for being such a cool lady to all of us, especially to me.
Never mind us... You take care of yourself. ^_^ Atleast your grandmother is in peace now, she is being or was being taken care of properly and really nicely in you and your familes hands.
R.I.P Beth's grandmother, may your rest in peace for all eternity!
