The anime is called Kaikan Phrase by Mayu Shinjo. I haven't watched the whole anime but I know that there are certain deviations from the manga. Little example: In the manga, Sakuya drives a really hot Ferrari (I think it was a Ferrari...-.-"), but in the anime he drives a motorbike...
