Oh yeah, I remember them now! I just haven't seen any in a long time so I kind of forgot about them ^_^" They were indeed really popular, especially the Digimon and Dragonball Z ones!
At least it didn't crash while you were working on something, ne? It happened to me when I was vectoring a Carnelian image and I lost everything I still don't feel like picking it up again...
I haven't seen that film but I'll add it to my list! I like how Jean Reno acts.
Thank you for the comment on the vector, I'm glad you like it I'll go look at your post on AP right now, I haven't been keeping an eye on them these days, sorry!
You really should see it, it's worth the time! It's not like Tim Burton's usual films but maybe that's what makes it so special :)
I need to go out and buy more books too... I was thinking of going to a big bookstore with a friend these days, now I just have to make a list with what I want to look for I'll look for that book too, thanks for the recommendation!
Of course I'll take your vector request, it'll be a pleasure! I can handle screenshots, I've done b&w manga scans which are more difficult :) Why do I have a feeling it'll be Junjou Romantica?
Lol yeah, it does sound a little cute :) You can call me what you like, I don't mind!
That's great, your brother initiating a trend and not just following it!
Agreed, I love the part where Sarah Jessica Parker (I think that's the actress' name) was throwing plates at Johnny Depp XD That was hilarious! And the whole angora sweater thing! I don't know if I've seen Dracula before, I've seen a lot of vampire flicks. But yeah, I expect the rating here would be something like 15 (18 would be R, since people are considered adults when they reach the age of 18), a lot tamer than in the U.S.
Sure, you can call me that, I'd like to!
POGs...well, they were these cardboard cut-out circles essentially. They had different characters on them (I had some Power Ranger ones), and you would play a game with them! I don't remember really what it is now though. I just liked collecting them. And I had this machine/toy that would stamp out POGS with whatever you wanted...like you'd take a magazine and put it in the thing, and then it would pop out a pog with whatever picture you put in there [it would cut it out and paste it onto the cardboard]. I think I sound like a crazy person at this point...so I'll stop trying to describe it...
My computer just crashed on me before this, so I'm being hesitant. It happened right when I plugged in my tablet...*sigh* What if it has a bug or something????? This sucks. .__.
That's cool about the book. It sounds interesting...I really need to buy more books...nothing makes me happier than a bag full o' books. :3 I just love NEW BOOKS. XD Doesn't mean I read 'em all though.
Never heard of those movies, but I know Gary Oldman. He's a favorite actor of a Japanese VA...rather funny. He plays such good BAD guys. Have you seen The Professional? With Jean Reno?
I hope you can sleep better tonight. :3 I have troubles sleeping and I don't drink high-caffeine things! Ewww, mosquitoes...ah, not really a party city? Well, I'm sure it is...but would you rather have been kept up with loud party people on the street? I'm sure where you live is more lively than here.
I wanted to mention it before, but I didn't! I LOVE your new vector! You should've submitted it to AP, too. ^^ It's so lovely. You're really getting good at vectoring b & w scans. It's just masterful! *hugs* I'm so envious~~ If you read my post on AP, you'll see what I want to do for my next wallpaper...I gave up on the Someday's Dreamers one for now. Sorry if this comment sounded awkward. O__o My mind isn't focused. Take care!
I am so GEALOUS!!!! I always wanted to see Ed Wood!!!
But I will, someday...
Maybe I'll buy the book, I really need to buy a new one. My parents are going to kill this time... By the way I just read "PsihoKillers" by Juan Antonio Cebrian. Of course about the most terrible and great killers of all time... I still wanted more details, but it's a good book. I was so curious that I've managed to finish it in a day, since it didn't have many pages either... Still good book! Try it, if you like murders and killers!
I think those mosquitos will get me soon too, since friday I'm coming back to Bucharest. Oh, dear... The heat! I still am in shock after surviving the famous "Code Red" last summer... Not again, please!!!
A new theme... I really don't know what to recommend... Anything you like will be fine with me and I just know it's going to be a good theme!
Hmmm, I wonder if you could vector something for me? But I guess vectoring using just a screencap as model is hard, right? Never mind...
Congratulations on the new monitor! And that's a great resolution... I guess it's a big monitor!
I guess that's all... Sayonara, Oli-chan! (insert ironic look here)
Sorry but you're still Sweetdevil for me... Everytime I try to pronounce Oli-chan I feel like laughing... Sorry!
Peace and luff,
Lory.
Lol, I remember those Pokemon trends, they're still holding strong where I live, but you have to really pay attention to seeing how many people still love Pokemon I still love Pokemon, though not because of the trends, like my younger brother says he hates it when he sees people wearing them when most likely they never played or watched the series. This one chick wrote an article 'bout it in the school paper, but she herself was a poser, too. Like my brother was the one who started wearing Pokemon stuff freely and people started to do that, too, seeing that everyone liked my brother's Jigglypuff keychain. I hated that article But, feh, posers will be posers...
Mmmm, I love those movies, too~ Ed Wood was funny and Johnny Depp is always a joy to watch ((♥)) I miss watching Dracula, I used to watch it waaay back when I was younger, wasn't it rated R? Lol, but my aunts covered my eyes during the bad scenes
I loved the birthday gift you made for me!!! **glomps** It's soo pretty and you did such a great job~~ I love it~~ ♥ ♥ ♥
Have a great day, Oli-chaaan~ ((I can call yah that right?))
