Your welcome! Paper clay is really hard when it dries and really durable. I haven’t had a problem with it yet. I do a lot with both but paper clay it’s easier to work with. You don’t have to worry about little bits of dirt showing up and you can make bigger charms with it. I say try both but for beginners paper clay is perfect to start!
Sweet! >D I can't wait to see your awesome gifts...cause all your drawings are amazing anyway. <3 Good luck!!
Aww, thanks! Hehe, another compliment on it! I just made it last night. I love Tink, too. I love the movies. <3 I couldn't find any good icons of her so I had to make this myself lol...with some image I found on google. :D
Aww, thank you! I shall add it to my collection jar!
Haha yeah, I always think about this place and all my friends when I’m not on. I’ve been doing a lot of down time that’s been doing wonders for me. I’m starting to learn more about myself and my limits when it comes to the internet. I’m slowly coming back but I won’t try to commit to anything new or try to do so much at once.
I’m glad it shows, when I do comment I try to make it as worthwhile as possible. Haha, a lot of my friends say things like that about my art! XD
I knew your birthday was coming up. I already got the basic idea for yours! As well as J.r’s! And I think another person’s too. I have a lot of pictures to start on but its fine. I love doing B-day pictures! Hopefully I will have it by your birthday but I won’t make any promises, I like taking my time on them! ;D
I love your new icon too, ticker bell was always one of my favorite Disney characters.
Oooh thanks. I was browsing a few sites last night and found someone using the paper clay. Is it soft once it dries? I'm just curious how durable it is. I really want to make some charms and things, I just don't know whether to go for sculpey, fimo, or this paper clay. I want to use the paper clay to pipe icing and stuff <3
Awwwwww. I LOVE YOU TOO!!! *hugs* You're so sweet. :] Although you don't get to comment often, I know that you care. You always show it. You really do. And your art exudes love! I know what you mean with making gifts.
You better get started on my gift. My b-day is this friday!! Haha. Gotta give you some more motivation there. ;D But really, take your time. And you don't have to if you don't want to lol. XD But seeing as you have this whole post about loving your friends...well...you know. ^_~
Thank you, I'm done the whole charm already I just need to take really good pictures of them when the sun is out. Its been cloudy for days. XD
Thank you, I use paper clay for most of my clay sweets! It’s great to use because you don't have to bake it and the texture gives everything a realistic look! The cream is 100% silicone caulk piped like cake icing. It’s really fun to work with it you just need to find the proper place to do it. If you look at the comments in that post I linked pilar to a really good deco tutorial.

By the way, those macaroon charms look amazing. I've never seen clay like that, what did you use for the cream?
