Dessert Sushi

So I'm a culinary artist...and I love to share my creations with everyone! I make dessert sushi: it's outrageously delicious, fun to eat (and make!), and entertaining to look at. I recently made a giant display called The Ultimate Christmas Dessert Sushi Platter. Yes, it is as great as it sounds. I want to know what you guys think and if anyone has any ideas about getting this out on the market. Also, if you live nearby, I could always whip up an order for you Please tell me what you think!
