Ya have to get a fan work published and if it is the to 1% then the entire world is posted. I figure if we put together one of the major stories such as the Hollywood or something and resubmit it all together as one and click the publish then SomeGuy-sama will look it over and then if he puts it in the 1% marker then we're good as gold! That is a lot of work to do though. It's up to you.
