Oh well that's no fun D= I guess the one and only good quality about my parents is they were gamers too. So if I wanted a game I usually got it . From what I here there was a guy a while back on youtube to teach the old school gamers how to change the batteries in the cartridges.
Yellow is a close second though ^^ I really loved that game. As far as hacking goes there should be some gamesharks floating around if you look hard enough ^^ I had one once....I don't really remember what happened to it =/ anyway its not to difficult to use the codes ^^
I think the artist just switched them to make the picture more interesting lol Or at least that's my guess ^^ I found it on Shuushuu
I'm a fan of the first two generations. I shouldn't have quit when Generation III came along. Of course, I was in my late teens/early 20s when those games came out, and my dad would have given me a really hard time had he seen me play them.
Anyway, the two games I've played are Yellow and Silver. I never did catch 'em all or beat all the bosses. And now my Silver game is dead. My Yellow one most likely is, too. They're currently in a box at my parents' house, along with the N64 and GameCube. My kind-of secret dream is to find those games, buy new batteries (good luck with the replacement process), and play them until the end. Same with the "Stadium" games. Of course if I did that, I'd like to find a way to catch Mew and Celebi, but I have no idea how to go about hacking the games to get them.
This is off topic, but in that picture why does the red one say "Sapphire" and the blue one say "Ruby"? Wasn't it the other way around?
Call it karma. Call it luck. Me, I just don't give a... BOUNCE!

They probably will remake Ruby and Sapphire at some point. Probably during this current generation even.
Anyway, I think my favorite Pokemon game would have to be the Gold version. Mainly because you can capture Ho-Oh before facing the Elite Four. But I do like the original Red and Blue versions a lot too, mainly because of the presence of Mewtwo (and Mew).

I have a connection with Ruby and Sapphire, they bring back so many good memories from 3rd grade! xD
I loved all them honestly ;3;
As far as characters go, 5th gen had my favorites.

The greatest fear is that of the unknown.
