Chapter 6:

I wake up and open my window. I take a look out Roxas's window and see him sleeping still. I peek my head out the hallway and hear a rustling sound in Xion's room. “Ah!” Xion says and then I hear a thunk sound. I knock on her door and say “It's Kuraxi” in a soft voice. “Come in~” Xion says and opens the door. She is wearing a blue night shirt and blue shorts that go up to her knees. “Good morning~ What's up?” Xion says and smiles. “Nothing much. I just heard some rustling sounds and wondered what's up.” I said and pointed to a pink ribbon that is hanging off her head. “Ah!” Xion said and rubbed the ribbon off her head. “Sorry if that woke you up. I'm just making a valentines gift for Roxas and Axel. Don't tell them though!” Xion said and gestured me to come in her room. “Ah.. OK. What is a valentines?” I ask while I step into her room. There is a bunch of construction paper scattered around the room and some ribbons on the paper. “Huh? You don't know what Valentine's day is?” Xion asks while stacking the construction paper in a pile. I shake my head no and help her clean up. “Well Valentine's day is a day where some girl's or boy's confess their love to each other. Usually they give chocolate to each other to symbolize their love to each other over just telling them they like each other.” Xion explains and hand's me a small goodie bag filled with chocolate. “Huh? You like me?” I ask and take the bag of chocolate. “Well we are friends, right?” Xion asks. “Yeah..? But I don't have anything to give back as a gift though.. I'm sorry..” I say and hang my head down. “Well it's still early! We can make some chocolate cookies!” Xion says and smiles towards me. I look at her with glimmering eyes and ask “R-really?! B-but what if I ruin them?”. “It's OK! I still have some extra chocolate candies. So if they are ruined you can use the extras! Don't worry! I'll act surprised for you!”Xion says and head's towards the door. “Come on! Let's go to the kitchen!” Xion says enthusiastically. I nod and we tip-toe towards the cafe's kitchen. I walk in the kitchen and see all the pink streamer's hanging around and someone still hanging some streamer's near the window. I take a closer look at the person hanging the streamer's and see that it's Marluxia. Marluxia doesn't seem to notice me and continues to hang the streamer's up. I head to the kitchen and see Xion taking some eggs out of the gigantic refrigerator. I see some flour, butter, sugar and a bunch of other ingredient’s that I don't recognize. “Well these are all the ingredient’s we need.” Xion says and open's her arms towards the ingredient’s. I nod and take out a cooking book and open to the page that explains step by step on how to make cookies. “All right! Now let's get cooking! OK the first step is...” Xion says and mumbles the words to herself. By the time we finish baking the cookies it's already 7:30. I take the cookies out of the oven and they are a perfect golden color. I decorate them with a pink heart in the center and put the person's name on it. I wrap the cookies in 4 small goodie bags. One for each of us. “Yay~! It's done~!” Xion says and gives me a high-five. “See you later~!” Xion says and waves me good-bye. I run to my room fast and quiet like a shadow. I put my goodie bags in my coat and freshen up like usual. I put on my coat and head to the cafe. I see Roxas walking out the hallway and quickly walk up to him to catch up to him. I tap on his shoulder and he turns around and smiles. I wave hello and Roxas asks “Hi. You going to the Cafe?”. I nod and we both head to the cafe. We both get our breakfast and head to the table. Xion is almost finished with her breakfast. I sit next down to her and give her a anxious look that says 'should I give the cookies now?'. Xion shakes her head no and whispers “Later.”. I nod in agreement and see some of the other organization members arriving for breakfast. I see Zexion heading to our table and he hands me, Xion and Roxas a small blue goodie bag. “Happy Valentines day..” He says and walks away. The three of us open our goodie bags and see that we all got blue cookies that are shaped as books. I see a note on top of one of the cookies and read it. 'Head to the Roof after your dinner.'. I put the note in my pocket and Axel sets his tray down on the table. He yawns and says “Good Morning. Oh yeah um... I won't be eating ice cream with you guys for awhile..” and scratches his head. “What?! Why?” Roxas asks suddenly. “I have to go to Castle Oblivion. For a mission.” He says. “Castle Oblivion..?” I ask. “ Yeah. It's like a second head quarters.” Axel explains and finishes his breakfast. “ See ya when I get back.” Axel says and waves good- bye. I sigh and finish my food and clean up. I head to the Grey Area and ask Saix about my mission. “You will be exploring a new world today.” Saix says. I nod and head out to explore the new world. I walk out and see the pillars and gigantic statues. I look out the pillars and see nothing but the blue sky and some clouds. “What?!” I say to myself and start to think that this place is up in the air. I shake my head thinking that it's impossible. I turn around and see a big leader board. All the number one champions say the same name. “Sora...” I say in a soft voice and notice a big door near-by. I open the door and see a weird goat-thing, his back is towards me and says “Hey can you help me rearrange the trophies? Make sure you shine them so they really sparkle!”. I sigh and take a handkerchief from a near-by bin and start polishing the trophies. On this one trophy I see a hard, dark green stain on the center of the trophy. I start to scratch the stain off but it wouldn't budge. I took a scraper, and tried to scrape it off. No change. “Hey mister! This stain won't come off! Do you have any techniques I could use?” I ask and tap the goat-thing's shoulder. “What?! Hey since when have you been such a--” The goat-thing says while quickly turning around and stop's mid sentence when he see's my coat and face. I hold the trophy up to his face and he takes a step back. “Oh, wrong guy. Hey, exactly why are you here?” He asks with a bored voice. “Eh? Ah.. Well--” I start to say until the goat-thing interrupts me. “Are you here to try out for the Games?” He says and examines me carefully. “Uh..Sure..” I say and back away. “Well you have to pass the preliminaries first, can't put a newbie like you in games like these.” He says and measures my muscles. My muscles measure up to 41/2 centimeters. He closely examines the measuring tape. “Let's make you lift some weight's first. I'm Phil by the way.” He says and winks at me. After lifting weights for about 2 hours, he finally decides to let me take a break. “OK... Let's see the results so far...” Phil says and measures my muscles. Luckily, they grew 2 centimeters. “Alright! You are able to enter the games!” Phil says and takes the measuring tape away. I breathe heavily and rest my hands on my knees. “So.. when.. can we...start?” I ask between breaths. “After you freshen up! I wanna get this show on the road!” Phil says and points down a hallway. “The locker rooms are over there.” I nod and walk down the hallway. I freshen up and head in the arena. I walk up to Phil and he explains who I am facing in the first round. “Some strange folks have been signing up lately.. but you better win these rounds!” He says and points towards the enemy’s. Just a bunch of heart-less’s. 9 rounds of heartless later, Phil explains who I am gonna be facing. “This one is really tough. I'll give you 2 words of advice for 'ya. Don't. Give. Up!” He says and gives me a few hi-potions. I collect the hi-potions and head off to face the boss. Suddenly the ground is shaking and the arena is covered in a large shadow. I look up and see a Heartless on fire! It roars at me and spits fire towards me. I dodge it's attacks and freeze it with my blizzard magic. It's roars and the flames are gone. I take this as a chance to strike it and I jump up high in the air and I split it's body in half. I land safely to the ground and see Phil struck dumb in his eyes. I walk up to him and ask “You ok?”. He nods slowly and stares at me. After several minutes of him staring at me he asks me “Do you wanna train with us again sometime?”. “Yeah...Sure..” I say and walk to the portal of darkness. I head to Twilight Town and head up the station tower. I see Xion and Roxas eating ice cream and looking out towards the sunset. “Hey. How's you're missions?” I ask and sit down next to Xion. “Collect hearts at Beast's castle.” Roxas said. “Defeat a boss at Twilight Town.” Xion responded. “Cool. I had to go to a new world today.” I said. “That's nice.” Xion and Roxas said simultaneously. Roxas puts his hands in his coat pockets and pulls out 2 blue goodie bags. “Happy Valentines Day!” Roxas says and grins towards me and Xion. “Yay~!” Xion cheers and we open our goodie bags. They have heart shaped cookies in them. I take out my goodie bags and hand them to Roxas and Xion. “Wow~!” Xion says and winks towards me. “Awesome!” Roxas says and takes a bite of one of my cookies. “They're really good!” Roxas says while munching on the cookie. “Hm? A note?” Xion says and takes out a note. “'Thank you for being my closest friends and for making memories that I will treasure forever. I hope our friendship continues to stay like this. -Kuraxi'” Xion reads aloud from the note. I blush a little bit and look down at my ice cream. “Kuraxi..” Roxas says in a soft voice. “Wah~! You're soooo cute~!” Xion says and hugs me. “Eh?! B-but I wrote that note during a moment! Ya' know! Just think of it as a thank you! Ok?” I say and try to push Xion away. “You're such a Tsundere..” Roxas says and smiles. Xion, Roxas, and I laugh and continue to munch on our ice cream. We head down to the Cafe and eat our dinner. I take out the note that Zexion put in my goodie bag to remind myself and finish my dinner quickly so I can see what he's up to. “Sorry, but I just remembered that I have to do something..” I say and quickly run up to the roof. I see Zexion sitting on the bench, looking out at the unique moon. “I have arrived just as you have instructed.” I say and tap on his shoulder. “ I want to talk to you about something...” Zexion says. “Yeah? What do you want to talk about?” I ask and sit down next to him. “Well.. I have been noticing that you tend to hang out with Roxas and the others quite a lot..” he says. “Yeah?” I say. “ Do you... like Roxas?” he asks. “W-what?! No! We're just friends!” I explain. “I see.. Well.. these past few days.. I have noticed that Roxas tends to act different around you...” He says. “Really? But I don't really see any change..” I say. “Well.. today when I was walking around the castle.. I noticed that Roxas was in your room, he put something on your bed. It looked like a note.” He explains. “I see...” I say. “Sorry, but I have to go.” I say and run off to my room. I see a envelope on my pillow. I open the envelope. There's no note. “Huh?” Roxas says suddenly his eyes widen. “Wait! D-don't read that!” He says and runs up to me to grab the envelope. “W-wait!” I say but Roxas wouldn't listen. “No! You read the note already! So that means you know who I like!” He says. “Listen! The envelope is empty!” I say and hand him the envelope. “Wait.. What? And why are you in Xion's room?” He asks. “Xion's room? No. This is MY room.” I say. “Y-you like Xion huh?” I ask and smile mischievously. “D-don't tell anyone!” He says. “No way... But on one condition.” I say and smile deviously. “What is it?! I'll do anything!” Roxas says and drops to his knees. “Anything? Really~ So I can treat you like a dog? I can make you do anything I say and I won't say anything about you liking Xion~” I say. “Hmm....” Roxas hums. “Hey Xion~! Wanna hear something funny? Ro--” I start to say until Roxas suddenly covers my mouth. “O-Ok! I'll do anything you say! Just.. Please don't say anything about my secret.” Roxas pleads. “Good. Love Letters aren't that embarrassing anyway. I have someone I like also.” I say. “Really?” Roxas asks. “Yeah.” I say and pull out a box filled with books. Roxas pulls out a blue notebook and says “'I watch you from afar and admire your silent manner. I wish to be beside you, I hope these 'feelings' get across to you. P.S Thank you for letting me borrow the book on Magic'”. Roxas thinks for a moment on who it could be for and his eyes widen slowly.”Z-Zexion?!” Roxas says. “Ah!!! D-Don't be so loud!” I say and cover his mouth. “Listen. Don't even think about telling anyone about me liking Zexion. If you keep my secret, I'll keep yours. Promise?” I say and hold out my pinkie. Me and Roxas shake pinkies and I let go of Roxas. “Good. Now run along and leave me be.” I say and shoo Roxas away. I sigh and write in my Journal. After I write in my journal I freshen up and go to sleep.

Day 6: Secrets

Today is apparently Valentines Day. It's a day where boys and girls who like each other confess their love to one another. I discovered a huge secret about Roxas. I won't write it in though, even though this is a journal. I got to make cookies for Xion, Roxas and Axel. Unfortunately, Axel couldn't have any since he is out on a important mission. I'll have to make him some cookies when he gets back as a welcome back gift then.
