Yes I agree. I know some characters here that are totally magic, and then some that are mostly real but have magic abilities. So its tough to split up the OCU into catagories, I'd rather it just work out nicely without having to draw boundaries between everyone >3<

Yes of course!! I understand... there are some other characters here with magical/changling abilities but those abilities are almost like a second nature to those OCs, which is fine cuz in a real life RP, they can still act 'normal'.

Toya made a good points in her comment above too, I think u saw that :) So if a magical character wants to participate in a Real life RP, they've got to keep the magic on minimum unless circumstance such as they are owned by the creator of that RP or the RP is fantasy/real.

The best thing I can say is that each RP should be labeled like you said, with either : normal rp or fantasy rp or mixture RP?

and if a member who has a magical OC really wants to join a normal RP, then their characters shouldn't use their magical abilities in that RP.

I've kind of been picking up this vibe, so I can understand why you're putting it out there. This sounds fair.

For me, personally, two out of three of my characters have sci-fi/fantasy abilities, but those are usually kept on the down low (especially Reka's). Can they still be used and just not use their powers?

Nope, of course not! You are totally allowed to still RP, but creators of the RP are going to be specifically inviting people if they want OR specifically mentioning that their RP is only for Real Life drama, or Magic drama, or both. So if I had a character who was a pokemon gijinka or something, I wouldn't have him joining a Real Life RP but he'd be able to join a Magic RP or a Real/Magic Rp. Make sense? And when there's a fine line between certain characters, the main thing is just respecting what the RP creator has asked.
You yourself an create a RP and be specific on who or which characters you want to join.

A quick question, would it be possible for the normally non-magical oc's to have a magical powers just for some rp's? and that they could add that too their profiles?
