Brayan:under freezing temperatures is best way to train one with the power of ice then raise the temperature until it is boiling if you can freeze the air you can feeze anything.

Kai: That's what I'm out here to try and figure out. I just recently figured out that I have powers and I don't know how to use them really.

Brayan:maybe it not sadness and anger but string emotions that brought upon your abilities sadness and anger are one and the same as happiness and joy but the effects can vary.

Kai: *thinks* Well I know that I got into a fight with Gabby and then my grandmother died not too long after and I was feeling so angry and sad that I guess I started getting more distant from my family and I developed into an elemental. So do you think I should try to bring back that anger and sadness then try to control it to use my powers?

Brayan:dunno of it'll help you but I consol myself within the meaning of my ability over fire.it being power in it's most primal form but power is useless without action and choice and once I felt the definition flowing within me my power over flames got a big boost so maybe ice has a meaning that you must have it's feeling flow within you.

Kai: I'm not too sure how to access that power though. Do you have any suggestions?

Kai: Oh, thank you. I did some research on what has been going on with me. I've been apparently physically cold to the touch lately and I had to go into legend and myth to figure out that I think I'm becoming an Ice elemental. I'm not really sure how to start training though to be honest.
