Kai: When you feel comfortable with that we can take away the boogie board and start using your arms as well.

Kai: *Gets out and gets boogie board from bag then gets back in* Hold onto this and hold it out in front of you then lift your feet up off the ground and put them behind you and start kicking.

Kai: Yep like that. Some people have a hard time learning how to float because they're afraid they'll sink.
