(more or less it is best described as a tournament between creators of OCs via uses of comic or animation in a huge tournament type settting in fact oct means OC tournament.more or less the host is the one wedging up a sort of senario or setting where different people's OCs(most likely or not invited the creators) end up visiting the area in search of something or drawn there.good examples include law of talos and end zone.the one with the better way of presenting the round from two differing senarios goes on.the better senario maker goes on while the other is eliminated from the tourney but there way of veing a senario where there OC is vs. Another person's OC is exciting though I don't know rather who or how one can host such at thing.)
