Thanksgiving Plans?
In just two weeks, here in the US of A we will be celebrating Thanksgiving. Now just about everyone I know has some sort of plans for the holiday since it's often a time spent with family and friends. I know I look forward to all the yummy food that is made for the occasion.
So what will all of you be doing this year? Not only do I love the food and getting together with everyone, but it's great fun to head out on what's known as black Friday and do some shopping. It may sound crazy, but it is fun when you're just out to have a good time instead of being some where early in hopes of getting a super special.

Okay, when I saw the title to this thread created by Rachmaninoff at OtakuBoards, one of the moderators for the section it was posted in no less... My first thought was... what the hell? But further inspection revealed that apparently it's fairly normal for things to be handed out to voters on election day to reward them for taking the time to vote. I just didn't expect to see something like that being given out. XD
Now I was unable to vote, but how about the rest of you? If you did vote, were they handing out stuff like that or something else? I already know that kind of thing was not given to the voters here, but then Utah is a very conservative state so I'm not surprised.
Your Anime Harem!
I'm not sure how this odd phase originally started, but lately I've been seeing these anime 'harems' popping up all over theOtaku and even over at OtakuBoards as well. The idea is to use the template provided and paste in images of anime characters that you would pick if you were to form a harem.
Apparently it's even more fun if you take the time to list the characters and explain a bit about them and why you picked them to be in your harem. As you can see by checking out the thread that TimeChaser started.
I can't decide whether I should laugh over this odd thing or actually join in. The biggest problem would be that I don't have enough anime guys I would include and the undeniable fact that I don't really think about them in that way at all. o_O
However, upon finding this Harem: Sure, I guess I'll join in, too. I think that's going to end up being my response as well. It still makes for a fun laugh though so if you want to make one, be sure to post it in the thread over at OtakuBoards! Let everyone know just how nutty you really are! =P
Halloween Costumes!

Anyway... the point being it's only 6pm on all hallows eve and what are your plans? Dressing up? Going trick or treating? Or perhaps you're off to a party. Or are you one of those people who hides behind the bushes and leaps out to scare the heck out kids or steal their candy?

Regardless, as you can see, over at OtakuBoards they've been talking about what kind of costume one wears. Personally, I like throwing something together that makes me look funny. I had a type of rags costume that had people going what are you? - last year, twas fun.
This year... what are all of you doing or dressing up as? I'm still undecided, though at least I have a couple of costumes to choose from. =P
Who Would You Do?
If you're sitting there reading the title and wondering if you are reading that in the wrong way, rest assured, you are not. It is asking you who you would do. As the creator of the thread Stephanie says: I had the most random idea. Which OB member would you bang? So it is asking you who you would sleep with over at OtakuBoards. o_O
Now obviously I don't take this very seriously since I don't know these people in real life, and I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to take it seriously. However, the whole thing is rather amusing to read. You just have to remember to take it as the silly joke that it is.
So if you haven't done so yet, get over to OtakuBoards and get commenting! Tell us just who you would do! Also, be sure to remember and definitely never forget that even online... Abstinence is an option!
