They were talking about this on CNN last night. The family is suing for wrongful death. The store thought that since the guy was big, he'd be effective at crown control, but he was given no training.
This is another reason I'm not fond of large crowds.

I heard about that. -_- It just makes me sad that people will do stuff like that. Saving a few bucks is never worth someone's life.

I found that whole thing pretty sad actually. -_- People are just sick, I can't even imagine just shopping as if nothing had happened.
