Anti-virus software doesn't always pick a virus, but yet a coding that behaves like that.
If it happens again just try to find and undo the changes that you did before (like with adding new brushes into the SAI directory), as well as if it has to do something with installation you can do a "system restore" and it will fix it most of the time.

Yeah it was the brushes. I should of had it scanned but I never had a problem like that before so I wasn't being careful.
But now Sai is working again. YAY!

If it asks you to delete the shortcut, then there's a possibility that the brushes could have had a virus and it leaked into PTS and AVG deleted it.
I dunno if you scanned the brushes before you put them in, so I dunno if they really did have a virus :S
You can try reinstalling it again if you can find it online or get it from your friend. Or try a different program??

you might want to try and uninstall then reinstall it? that might work and fix the problem, but I'm not sure where you could the download since it's not around anymore.
I would of given you the file but I don't have it, it's lost on my computer. OTL
I could give you a link to photoshop if you want. They were giving away old versions of photoshop for free. It's kind of similar to Sai and you could do a little extra on it too.
