    Hm, I suspected that your graphic card might be the Intel HD 3000, but you have a far better one than that. Also your internet if far above average.

    The game was just released recently, so there are good chances that it might be a graphic interference support problem. They probably have a troubleshoot crew, you should e-mail them and see the response.

    Here are the minimal requirements from Guild Wars 2:

    • 2 GB RAM
    • NVIDIA® GeForce® 7800, ATI X1800, Intel HD 3000, or better (256 MB of video RAM and shader model 3.0 or better)
    • 25 GB available HDD space
    • Broadband Internet connection
    • Keyboard and mouse

    Hm, let's see... what kind of graphic card do you have and what speed is your internet connection? Also which server to you play?
    These things are important in this case and can be either of them or partially all of them together. I still think that mostly it is because of the graphic card. Of course it can always be a server bug...
