I have the same problem sometimes, too. Try submitting it without typing in any tags... It worked for me when I tried that.
Or if your work is automatically published, just click edit and re-upload the file. :)

I’m sorry - I hope it wasn’t too much of a nuisance. I’m afraid to submit anything now, but there’s no other way to know when it’s fixed. Guess I’ll just give it some time before I try again.
I was wondering what was going on. I though about asking you, but I didn't know if it was because they were private or restricted submissions or something random like that. Hope you get it fixed soon!
