Aw man, I wish I could share the snow... My town is getting more snow then it has ever gotten O_O Even tho I usually see snow every winter, its a lot this time!
That is so fun!! I can't wait for your tablet art and that soda maker sounds epic! I agree! *hugs*
WOAH!!! I've never seen those before!! O_O THEY ARE SO COOL!!!!
Haha thanks for showing me! Thats really neat!
My guitar lessons are going very well. I think I'm ready to put my name out there and perform some places.
I think my grandma's health is improving. My mom called me last night to tell me that they were able to take her off some of the medications that they were giving her. I was thrilled.
Call it karma. Call it luck. Me, I just don't give a... BOUNCE!
Wha!!! You're so lucky to have snow where you're at. It did snowed where I live once, but it was only an inch or so.
Happy to hear you had a fun time too. That's cool that you got a new camera. Pman and I joined forces and got ourselves a bamboo tablet and a soda maker :) So were practicing with the tablet as we drink our homemade soda. Yep. Too bad it's over...but I'm ready to start a new year :) 2013 will be awesome.
Yesterday, Pman and I went to Target and saw these :
We immediately thought of you, since we know you are a hockey fan :) It's really cool because it's a wall decor where it's looks like your walls have hockey pucks wedged into them!
Well, I AM writing a book right now so I guess the C.S. Lewis relation is appreciated. ^^
And I probably should've been a little clearer; the meet-up for the club was at 5 PM until 1 AM. Either way I don't want to be traversing the snowy highways of Ohio at midnight unless I have no alternative. ><;
Hmm.. good choice about staying home, I would do the same too. That's crazy that it start at 5am! I know it's a waffle house, which means they serve breakfast, but that's still way too early
Man, I need one of those gps thing too, I have a very bad sense of direction.... Glad to hear about your xmas miracle! Come to think of it I should start asking for anime as presents/ gifts too :) New games are always good, and it's even better that you're on your break, so that you can play with them.
Have a good one C.S (I always wanted to typed in "C.S Lewis"...)
Oh yeah, I remember reading on your world (I think...) about how you're having guitar lessons :) How are you doing with that? I want to learn too, but I'm too lazy
That's cool that your birthday is on xmas :) That's very sweet of your grandma to give you some of her precious jewelry. I hope she's doing well and that her health will improve!
I think I have seen those plush toy. They are really neat.
Cash is always good :) I think I rather have that then actual gifts, because you can get more things that you need that way. But gifts are welcome too because of the element of surprise that they give :D
AH great to read an update from ya, Ramen!! And I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed your past week ^_^ Same here! For Christmas, my family opened gifts in the morning and my granddad and grandma visited for a bit before we had a family movie time and just hung out for the rest of the day^^ I got a lot of nice things too! I bought myself a camera, one that I've been wanting for a while xD and my parents bought me accessories for the camera, and I also got a hoodie vest and fuzzy pj pants x) And I got a lot of nice gifts from the owners of the dogs I walk too!! It was a really fun Christmas :)
Oh and today, I got a ton of snow *U*
Hey! My last day was uneventful... my Japanese club was going to an arcade and Waffle House from 5 to 1 in the evening, but I decided against going and spent it at home.
Christmas was awesome, though. Got a couple 3DS games, a navigation system for my car (so now I won't get lost all the time xD) and a copy of Sengoku Basara Season One from my mom (which was a huge surprise because she never gives anime as a present.) 'Twas a Christmas miracle.
Nothing big happened on my "last day on Earth". In fact, all I remember doing is my guitar lesson.
Yesterday was my birthday. I visited my sick grandmother in the hospital. She was in pretty bad shape, but I'm glad I saw her. I think I brightened her day. She had taken out some of her jewelry in advance and gave it to me as a birthday gift.
My brother gave me this awesome plush fox toy that can turn into a pillow. When you unzip the pillow, a blanket comes out. It is so awesome.
I also got cash. Nothing wrong with that.
Call it karma. Call it luck. Me, I just don't give a... BOUNCE!

Ahhh... Yeah 5pm to 1am is too late then and plus driving in the snow on the highway late at night doesn't sound like a good idea either.
Talk to you later and have fun writing
