Kitttaaaaaaaaa the background is very much pixelated. >o< I hadn't noticed before, but now that I'm staring at it from a computer screen instead of my phone's it jumps out at me. Try a bigger size for your Bg.
And I can see why you might have trouble with the lips. I didn't draw any indication for them except for the lower lip and the peak at top. xD; Sorry sorry. That's just my style. lawls
Also, she needs eyebrows! Those lines you have over her eyes are her eye creases. I'm sorry my artwork was confusing! OTL
