the ped xing signs
so, i have been sharing this to all who i have chatted with on chat. so i'm going to share this again on here.
the other day i was in the car with my sisters. I saw a "ped xing" sign. i know that it means pedestrians crossing but what does the "xing" stand for? so "ped" is short for pedestrians and how does "xing" stand for crossing? i then notice that the x is for the word "cross" and when u add -ing to it, it means crossing!
i then got a headache afterward and felt my light bulb lit :)
i know, this is sad..... but i felt enlightened!
