I could have that be the case. She could feel that the power is against nature...maybe she can even feel nature fighting her when she does too much with her power, so she senses that it would be wrong to push such boundaries?
Happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light.
I didn't intend to make Kindra like a house-elf, though. It's just because Lora's really busy and needs Kindra's help. I guess I'll have to come up with a reason her dress didn't just fix itself then...I couldn't have the blood go right back into her, because then she'd wake up right away. I need Aurora to be unconsious from lack of blood for a while because of the way time works in the story. Lyssie gets tired of waiting and goes to search for Mothy, then Mothy runs away and heads back to their hiding place, but Lyssie's already left.
Would it make sense if using her healing powers kinda drains her of energy a lot, so she only does it on Mothy, not the dress, to save energy? Or Mothy wasn't wearing the dress when Lora started to heal her, so it wasn't affected by her healing, maybe?
Yeah, her mom's a lot like mine in my imagination. Except, if I got hurt, my mom probably wouldn't yell at me. Speaking of that...was it ok that I added in the childhood memory?

Ok, I see. So she just knows it's wrong then, plus it hurts her to do it.
