Oh, Gravity Falls! I would give it a chance, the first few episodes are not very illustrative of what the rest of the series is like. It takes on a much darker tone in the second season, as the first season is more character building than anything. Bill first appears in season 1, episode 19.
Zootopia sounds so good, I want to see it someday!
