Team Rocket ftw <3 I can't really say the classic Team Rocket is my favorite...but in HeartGold and SoulSilver, with the revamp they gave GSC Team Rocket, they shot to one of my favorites. I think it's cuz I'm obsessed with character development, and the first two generations didn't provide much of that with Team Rocket, making them basically nameless besides Giovanni...But I love Giovanni~! <3 I guess I prefer Neo Team Rocket over regular Team Rocket ^^;

I guess if I had to choose a favorite evil Pokemon team, I'd choose Team Rocket (so fun crushing them in the games), but that's because I'm an old school Pokemon fan. Though I will admit that Team Galactic's plan to manipulate time and space to destroy and remake the world is frightening and completely insane.
Anyway, I do have a couple of more categories you could add to this little quiz.
Coolest Preferred Pokemon Type: Each team does prefer to use a specific type of Pokemon. Team Rocket uses Poison types, Team Aqua uses Water types, etc.
Coolest Location Takeover: In the games, most of the evil teams (if not all of them) took over an entire location to achieve their goals. Team Rocket took over the Sliph Co building and much of Saffron City, not to mention the Goldenrod City Radio Tower (and much of the city itself).
Think about those.
