*shrugs* My friend's parents thinks that it's evil o_0 (Luckily they've never seen anything like Hellsing) My parents just weren't sure about it, since they thought that it was some 'low life' thingy, but when they saw how much I got into it and how it was 'improving my artwork', they went ahead and let me have free reign with it. (Even though it actually weakened my drawing abilities 0_o)
I know such a person, so we have to keep the anime obsession secret with their parents. My parents weren't to keen when I got into it at first, but I used the excuse 'I'm just studying a new drawing technique' and they just didn't realize how I began to accumulate anime and manga until it was to late >:D
YESSSS HELLSING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I actually just finished reading vol. 6 like, ten minutes ago (and ironically, I'm listening to the soundtrack). My mom hates it that I love stuff like that >:D (But what can she expect from a history/anime/'vampire' fanatic like me?) Enjoy!
