I know I get that random noise machines just have to do, but not like actual radio or anything heh. How strange. Maybe its someone from the great beyond or in the past trying to get a hold of you. Or your speakers could just be possessed?

Well, the volume of them changes when I adjust the speaker volume, so I guess that means it's not anything to do with the speakers. I'm running virus check but it hasn't found anything yet.

Wear over time, a station just recently picking up that particular frequency, etc. Just because it's new doesn't mean it's wrong.

Easiest way to test if it's wrong is to turn the speakers almost off when you're not playing anything from them. If the noise persists at the same volume, it's frequency bleed. If it goes away or almost out of hearing, it's coming from the computer.

Well, I was gonna say that either Gome's or Alla's explanations were the most plausible, but I think Missy really knows what's going on.

My brother had that happen to him with his computer, a couple of times. I don't know if it still happens to his computer, now. Interference is all I can guess. I'm now tempted to do some research, since I like learning about various computer related stuff like this.

Clearly your computer is possessed by a demon. A demon who wants to be a radio talk show host.

Side-bar ads on websites maybe? I sometimes get weird static-y noises through my headphones.

Not terribly surprising. I pick up a local country station now and again in the background.

It's either you ran over an ad with your mouse on accident or the ad is one of those talking ones that go without any sort of warning and scare the bajeezus out of its victims.
