Yeah, I heard that it was picked up by some station in the U.S. and it was fairly well received. If you ever have the chance, watch one of them. I liked both Inquest and City Hall. It greatly annoyed me when CBC stopped making it, especially since it was one of the few shows on that station that I actually liked to watch.

And don't forget to watch The Mentalist! That's a good cop show! 8D (I'll get around to watching NCIS and White Collar eventually >>).

This link helps explain the phrase pretty well. Interesting that it actually did start out as "I couldn't care less" but then lost its negativity at some point once it reached America.

Heh, I'm feeling that way too, after watching a ton of episodes in a short period of time. And if it stays in its 9 PM Wednesday slot, I'm going to be more inclined to watch MythBusters which is on at the same time anyway. Meh... But yeah, it sounds like they really don't care if they lose the show's audience. >>;

They used to air that on Sleuth channel, but I never watched it. I also remember that Da Vinci also went into politics and the final season was called Da Vinci's City Hall.

I used to be obsessed with Criminal Minds, but then I think I watched too much of it, and I just don't care to follow it anymore. :x Although cutting the female leads SUCKS. IT SUCKS EGGS. I love Garcia, but she can't be the only source of estrogen in that show.

Also, I've never really understood the phrase, "I could care less." Because that implies that you do care, not that you don't, right? Doesn't, "I couldn't care less" make more sense? o_O

I don't know a darn thing about cop shows at all. I used to watch this really good Canadian cop show called Da Vinci's Inquest, though. It was about a former policeman turned coroner working in Vancouver. That was some good TV, especially for one made in Canada for the CBC!
