Heh, yeah, I had it pretty figured out when the played the mid-season trailer. And he's played by someone other than Terry Molloy this time. Wonder how this guy will turn out. I like the picture they published of him: his one remaining hand looks mechanical, that's a nice nod to the fact that his hand was blown off in Revelation Of The Daleks.
I'm really terrified of what's going to happen. Mostly for Rose and Donna because obviously the Doctor can't be dead. If they kill off Donna, I'm going to have to smack a *****, just sayin'
As for Rose..I don't want to cope again with being DEPRESSED because she'll have to leave again. Oh DW, you like to fjklskljs with me :3
Yes one good thing was how it showed the Doctor to still be vulnerable sometimes. Perhaps they needed to do that so the transition from saving the day in the Library to "dead" in the next episode doesn't seem so impossible?
It was a clash of "Oh my god, this repeating stuff is annoying!" and "Gah! Don't you ignortant, f****head humans dare throw him out of there!" Once the lady started talking in synch with everyone, it got a better, in my opinion.
It's certainly still lightyears ahead of farting aliens (I will never let RTD live down that mistake).
Hate me if you will for saying this, but I thought the last episode was dull. They built tension alright, but what would have been suspence turned into "get on with it" as 10 minutes were stretched into 30.
Unfortunatley for that ep too, its caught between that wonderful two parter and the next episode which looks set to be amazing...even it if it nearly completely Doctorless by the sound of it. Really developing Rose and Donna by the look of it.
It's their job to toy with the fans! >_> To have you going... gah! Show the next episode already! I'm not following it though, I plan on watching it one of these days.
