I felt someone watching us, and I snapped my head around. Some girl was standing there, but I ignored her. Turning back to this other vamp girl, I offered her a hand. At first, she seemed surprised, but took my hand as I pulled her up.
"You don't seem to surprised," she stated, but it sounded more like a question.
"At my school, we goths have a statement that we all believe," I told her, "'Vampires aren't fake, preps are.' My parents are the other way though. If preps were real, my parents would be a pair of 'em. Besides, vamps are awesome! I don't really care what their like. Bram Stoker or Stephanie Meyer or Darren Shan versions, I don't give a s***." Just so you know, I don't give a s*** about what bad words I use, but I'll beep them out so no one gets offended.
"Nice," said Jack. "Well, I'm glad I can say your injection was a mistake."
"You don't have to be such a jerk!" I told him, "I guess that's why your parents named you with a name that sounds so much like what you are. Ja-ku, or for short, Jack!"
"Fine! I'm sorry." Okay, I think he actually ment that, since he looked down like a little kid who hung their head in shame after getting in trouble. And maybe it was just the light, or was he blushing?
"Now, where is your mark?" He said, examining the new vamp girl. When he tugged at her shirt, at the same time, both me and her yelled at him and slapped him.
"YOU PERV!" we exclaim at the same time. Putting arms around eachother's shoulders, we walked away like we had been friends forever.

"I don't know, ask him!" the girl shoved her thumb at Jack. "Just so you know, he doesn't answer questions very well." Jack's face grew red with anger.
"Your the one who rapid fires them at me!" he exclaimed. "I'm Jack, by the way." She flipped the hair over my eye so the tip was over my shoulder. This guy really got on my nerves.
"Anyway, I give the full explanation now. That was a kirema Anima. It was a minion of a powerful race of aliens, come to take over Earth. You two and three unknown others are Mew Mews, our only chance to defeat them, as we did once before."
"And which you won't do again!" Some guy with short black hair, purple eyes, pointed ears, and weird clothing hovered there.
"We learned from our last mistakes! Never will we give up!" Then he flew down and kissed my hand. The girl quickly drew it back.
"I am Puramu," he told her, "I believe both our names translate in english to the same word, if I am not mistaken, Ume?"
"Uh! Another stalker to deal with!" the girl,Ume groaned.
"Fair well, my gothic maiden." the alein bidded her farewell. He left but I had a feeling that wouldn't be the last time I saw him.My body seemed to return to normal and I fell in the pond. I scowled showing my fangs."And I thought my life couldn't get any more crazy". I sighed and walked out of the pond drenched in cold water. I noticed the boy Jack and the girl Ume staring at my pearl white pointed fangs and I looked up at them. "What are you looking at?" I asked them in another scowl. I swear this day couldn't get any crazier but then again I thought the same thing about my life and I just got proven wrong.I sighed waiting for Ume and Jack's response.

I stood up, and we walked back to Zack's house. The next morning, I awoke, still tired, and stretched myself. Getting up, I spotted spare clothes that I always left at Zack's house laying on the bed. Quickly, I changed, and Zack came in.
"Time to get going, before my parents get up!" he whispered huridly. Opening the window, we snuck out into the dawn. At the cafe, we stopped, and he gave my hand one last, friendly squeeze before hurrying off. Almost as soon as he was gone, the kid from yesterday came up to me. Great. Jack the ja-ku (jerk).
"I never finished talking to you yesterday." I just started walking away. "Hey! Listen to me!" He grabbed my arm, but I twisted it out and hissed at him. My eyes got wide, and I put my hand over my mouth. "Mm-hm. And that's why I need to talk to you."
"Go away, you stalker!" I yelled at him. There was a rumbling, and I turned to see a girl with light blue hair and bright blue eyes litterally FLOATING over water, holding two scales which she smacked together, causing a tidal wave to hit this mutant snake, similar to the mutant I saw yesterday. When it hit, the snake went back to normal size, and another of those jellyfish things came out of it, and the black fuzz ball from before ate it.
When the girl caught sight of us, she yelled "What is going on!" I felt my face still hot with anger from yelling at Jack.

I saw something glimering in the grass and instinctidly picked it up.It was a black pendant coin thing. The snake swung at me again and before I could even think words started forming from my mouth."Mew Mew Blood Metamorpho-sis!" I yelled as i danced to unheard music.My clothes changed to a tight fitting dress that looked like it was made out of shimmering neon blue scales with black lace at the edges.Glossy black gloves formed on my hands.My hair color turned a light blue and my eyes were blue unlike the normal red they ussaully were. A neon ble tail sprouted from behind me and as everything seemed to zoom back to reality I finished with a stricking pose. Right before the snake hit me a sheid like bubble surrounded me and stoped the blow. I did a flip and landed in a nearby pond, practically flaoting above the water by the way it looked. Two scales appeared in my hands. One was a glossy black and the other ws a neon blue. I did a fluid movement with my hands and then put the two scales together. "TSNAMI WAVE!" I shouited almost instantly and a powerful wave came out of the scales and hit the snake. The snake shrunk back to a simple rattle snake and a weird jellyfish like thing floated out. a black fuzz ball came out of nowhere and ate it. I turned around and saw a boy with blond hair and deep blue eyes standing on a tree branch with another girl who seemed a bit annyoyed as if her and the boy have had a fight or something. "What is going on?" I asked them.

I ran over to Zack. His pulse was still strong, but I turned to the other kid.
"WHO THE CRAP ARE YOU?!" I yelled at the blonde guy. "What is this?!" I cracked the whip. "What was that?!"
"The name's Jack, and I'm a rich high school kid, that is your Plum Whip, and that was a kirema anima infested field mouse." Okay, I hate short, obvious answers.
"Oh, that's REALLY helpful!" I told him sarcastically. "What's going on? Why am I dressed like this? And WHY do you have to say that stuff like it's common sense?!"
"Okay, okay, stop the rapid fire questions," he said, dropping down from the tree. "Aliens are infesting earth, trying to take our planet by using animals as their soldiers, you are a Mew Mew, our weapon to fight the alien, and the second answer was kind of obvious." Well, at least that time he used some kind of emotion.
"Well, I suppose you did this to me?" I questioned him, getting in his face. "And then expect me just to go out and fight those things?! Why me? Why not do this to yourself?!"
"One, I asked nicely for you to stop the rapid fire questions, and two, your answers are: yes, not alone, for there are four others like you, but we don't know who they are, Ume, and the answer was it was an accident, since I aimed the dna at myself, but the earth quake shook the beam, causing it to mis fire."
With a start, I realized I wasn't holding the pendent, then realized it hung from a black choker with fur lining around my neck. "What ever cruel joke your playing, it ends now!" I raised my whip, but someone caught my wrist.
"That won't be necessary, Miss Ootori." I turned to see a man with long black hair and hazel eyes. These people had me surrounded, and who knew what they wanted! I wrenched my wrist out of the guys hand, I felt my whip dissappear, and my sudden claustrophobia forced me to run. I grabbed Zack, swung him over my sholders, and ran. Finally, when we were far enough away that I thought they couldn't find us, I set Zack down, and started thinking about how to change back. As I thought about changing back, everything turned back to my original self. Luckily, it was just as Zack started to stir. He blinked, looking up at me.
"Are you okay?" he asked. I smiled and nodded, glad that he was acting normal.
"How do you feel?" I asked.
"Stiff, but fine," he told me, "Let's get back to my place." With a start, I realized the sun was just starting to set. So I nodded. I decided to just ignore the whole expirience.
