Haha, I sometimes wonder that too. Skepticism is really interesting, if you don't let it control how you live. There probably isn't a full-proof way to prove that the life you're living is real. But at the same time, there is no definition for a "real" life or for a "fake" life. If you think about it, can you really give concrete examples of what qualifies something as "real life" and "false/fake/not real life"?
For instance, something generally considered to be a "fake" life is if life is actually all just a dream. However, if one were to believe that life is all just a dream, maybe the "all just a dream" characteristic is normal to an average life. Therefor an "all just a dream" life isn't necessarily fake; it's just a characteristic of normal real life.
Anyway, what I'm also trying to say is that there's no shame in thinking about this stuff. If you think logically long enough, you can come to some interesting conclusions. :)
