Don't you dare do a single thing for us until you're completely comfortable again. You don't owe anything to us - just focus on you. You've been through quite a lot, and deserve to have some you time. What he did was horrible, and you're certainly entitled to be upset about it. At the same time, you realized what you did was wrong so also spend this time to forgive yourself. Don't worry about pleasing us until you've found some stability!
