Oh, boy... Hun, you're only 15 and he is 19... already, there's a problem. You can't really be with him until your age is of consent... unless your parents consent to it first. Even if he makes a move on you, or if you make one on him, he could be arrested!

Sorry to break it to ya, but sometimes, us guys say that just to get advantage over you... to get you to trust us and to get in your pants.
Now, if you can legitimately prove he really cares about you and will take the best care of you, I have no problem with it all. I'll support you and him. I just want you to be careful and to not make a mistake you may regret later, you're still young.
You could always promise yourself to him. Stay loyal and tell him you love him, then get married when you're either of age, or have permission. My Aunt married my Uncle when she was 16 and he was 19- though they did wait at least two years to have a kid...
Either way, do your best to consider all the consequences and think things through. Then, act on what you believe to be the best choice. Just, be careful, alright? I'll worry about you getting hurt, that's all.
