Wht's Personal Picks for Plugins

This little thing will have a list of my personal favorites for Plug ins in Photoshop. Most of them if not all will work in Paintshop Pro as well, and best of all, they're free! These can be used for anything practically, but what's most notable about them is that I found them VERY useful in drawings, or adding finishing effects. Take note, that not all of these will work in all versions of Photoshop. They seem to work in photoshop 7 and up though.

For those that don't know, a plug in is simply a stand alone program usually from a 3rd party company that can create features that photoshop normally can't or at least, not very easily. To install a plug in, simply extract, install or simply move the plug in into the "plugins" folder in photoshop.
(If there isn't one there, simply create one but make sure photoshop will start checking that folder via the preferences under either "file" or "edit" in the photoshop program!)
