Here's some places I found while searching for other free plugins that I thought where useful enough. Some of these sites lists some of the plugins above, as well as a few links to some other free things.

FreePhotoshop is a nice little site that lists nearly all of the plugins I've listed above. Some of them I found through this site, and there's plenty there to check out.

extremetech's 10 free plug-ins list was where I found Luce, and a few other plugins. I didn't find the others it listed as useful, but maybe someone else out there does.

Ulead's freebies: I REALLY like a lot of Ulead's stuff, so I went ahead and linked their whole freebies page. Has textures, fonts, little add ons to their plugins and stuff.

Flaming Pear is another one of those companies I can't help but give a thumbs up to, and so I've liked to their free plugins. That page also has their demos too, and has free textures for whatever reason you'd want textures lol

Axion unfortunately seems to no longer be around, which is sad because I swear by their Flare Effects and Glow n' Sparkle. would be nice if someone could find their site again, maybe they moved the site or changed names or something.
