Just be thankful you never had a biteplate. I swear the orthodonist was trying to turn me anorexic. I lost 15 pounds from 3 weeks of nothing but soup cuz my mouth hurt too much to chew.
And he put my braces on and took them off without numbing stuff O_=" ick.
