sketchy ideas OPINIONS NEEDED

Okay so it comes to that time again where i've been inspired to do a new manga. we've all seen this before and usually i wait a week for it to either die down or grow stronger. here its gotten stronger and here is a sketchy drawing I drew to present my ideas to those of you who read this:

Please tell me what you think!

Missingno Figured out!!!

This is just a theory really that sounds rather believable to the mysterious glitch pokemon "Missingno" available in the original Red, Blue and Green(japan only) Gameboy pokemon games.
For those of you who don't know, Missingno was a glitch pokemon.

(missingno or 'M)
The pokemon would apear after certain glitches and can be found in the game. its nothing special to look at, just a bunch of jumbled pixels. Its ID# is 000 and it weighs 3507.2 lbs (1,590.8 kilograms). The pokemon is usually caught at Lvl 0, and will sometimes evolve into Kangaskan at lvl 1. there is a reason for this.

Missingno's mysterious existence and evolution is the result of a last minute decision by the programmers. Ever noticed how much Cubone looks like a baby Kangaskan?

This is because originally Cubone had a three stage evolution cycle: Cubone, Marowak and then Kangaskan. For some reason at the last minute the programmers decided that Kangaskan should become a single stage pokemon. But to take the time to delete the correct code from the game would prove troubling and time consuming. So, the programmers just moved that code to an empty spot. One without a number (hence the ID# 000)

Tada! Missingno (or 'M) explained
