Actually It willl; It will put all internet speed down (cause every thing has to go thru a filter) *lives in australia* Another issue with australian internet is that we pay pr-pay for downlaod. for example a 12gb a month plan may cost $50. From what i heard, in america you pay for speed cause the downlaod itself is unlimited...
It was something like 70% of Australian are okay with it, but 90% of those people would only be happy if they released the list of blocked things. Something like that. I don't remeber, it was 2 weeks ago. All I can say is:
1) It won't be anywhere as bad as China.
2) It won't effect the stuff I do anyway.
