Yup. We're all feeling the pinch now . . . For me, gas is about $1.30-1.35 per liter (my money, though currently it's basically on par with your money). Conversions aside, it cost over $40 for just about 2/3ds of a tank.

Welcome to the realities of living in a Republican-run country. Look at the history of the 20th Century and you will realize practically all of the economic hardships took place under Republicans.
