Shika speaks the truth. I've never met another soul that I'd rather have as my brother. Kind, funny and patient like no other. Not to mention he's one of the smartest people I know. (alongside myself, of course (same IQ =P)) *slapped*

I'd say better than a birth certificate. All passports, new or old, have approximately the same layout, so people can spot a fake easier. That disappears with birth certificates. Those vary far too much for them to be regulated anywhere near as strictly throughout the country.
The new passports are cool, in my opinion. Very bold illustrations this time round...

Yeah, it's a pretty scary thing when a person realizes they've lost some very important items used for their identification, with the implication that someone may even be stealing their identity right that very minute...
ANYWAY, thank goodness he has a passport! My mother is always sure to remind us that, "As long as you have your passport, you can go anywhere." It's as good as a birth certificate, or at least that's how it seems. XP
Awesome. I have the same effect on people sometimes. Guess that's because my laughter is so funny sounding. I have a few different types. One is the "windshield-wiper" laugh, another is the "semi-awkward-but-I-really-think-what's-going-on-is-funny" laugh. I have about six, I think.
I can see how the warning would make it worse.
Also, I say crap diddlies on a regular basis in day-to-day life. Just thought I'd let you know.
Oh, you should see what happens when something really hits my funny bone. I literally make people laugh just by laughing, even though they have no idea what's funny.
My mother usually warns people with "uh-oh, here comes a giggle fit". Never helps, though. Makes it funnier, really.
o.o wow MAJOR stress un neaded... i was getting hot here just reading this! ouch i'm glad for the passport. those things seem to save lives sometimes =_=;
That's the thing. We all had the same reaction, including him. He NEVER takes out his Driver's License. He doesn't buy alcohol, go to 18+ clubs, or engage in any other activity that would get him carded. The last time he needed it was when applying for his passport 2 months ago.
We think he may have mistook his ATM card for a standard credit card and took it out for some use, then misplaced it, perhaps paying at a drive-thru or something. Absolutely no clue about the license, though.

Oi, yeah, ID troubles. I know somewhat about that; my entire key chain dis-ca-peared this summer, and I didn't notice for a month. I think I accidentally knocked them into the trash can and threw them away.
While I don't have the bicep problem (yet, I guess), I know that comfort thing. *sighs* Why must feminine sleeves and lack thereof forsake me? A sleeve is not a little cappy on the shoulder, but something that reaches a good way down the arm. Bah! Shirts should not be tight right there... I sweats too much. -_-'
Awesome. It seems to be really easy to embarrass brothers. Mine for sure. I'm tempted to wear his clothes because they're so much more comfortable for me and that weirds him out. Prolonged involvement in a Japanese Taiko drumming group has left me with freakish rock-solid biceps and women's shirts aren't very accommodating for that. o.O I've pretty much had to get all new shirts in the last year. =( Much easier, and more cost efficient, to take the brother person's. ^.^
Miss Anonymous: ARE YOU CALLING THE PLIGHT OF PIZZA EVERYWHERE STUPID?!?!? >:O
Since I don't have any sisters and my mom's much heavier than me, the victims are always my brothers. It used to be really bad when we were the same height, but my mom's getting stricter about me lifting their clothes.
...except for the middle's football games. Wearing his home jersey to an away game equates to priceless embarrassment... only 'cause I'm not his girlfriend. ^__^v
I threaten to steal my brother's shirts and even have before, but Shika understands better than he does. She doesn't seem to mind. Our mother even shares some clothes with us. One big happy family of closely sized people. ^.^
Not my dad though. He's built like an ox. O.O
Miss Anonymous: ARE YOU CALLING THE PLIGHT OF PIZZA EVERYWHERE STUPID?!?!? >:O
Wow. That's almost as bad as me not having ID. Since I don't have a picture ID, places give me a hard time. I don't look younger than I really am, nor do I sound like a foreigner, but I get harassed anyways. I'm glad everything was cleared up though.
I'd share shirts with my brothers, but I don't think they would be thrilled to have me wearing their shirts and vice versa. ^_~

Pretty sure I'd kill to witness that.
As Twisted has mentioned before, you seem to be very similar to our brother in MANY ways. Don't worry, though. He's a pretty cool guy.

I have a few, but my killer one is basically a steady stream of high-pitched giggling and incoherent attempts at explaining the joke.
Considering I speak kinda low, it's a bit unusual.

How do you lose something as important as your drivers license and ATM card, AND NOT REALIZE THEY'RE MISSING FOR DAYS/WEEKS!? (pardon the caps lock)
I keep those things in my wallet at all times. If your brother didn't, then tell him to do so when he gets them replaced.
I lost my checkbook once while grocery shopping, but I realized only a few minutes after it happened.
Bazinga!
