Average temperature around here goes from 75.2 to 82.4 and that ain't stopping ice cream persons selling them on the street. It must be some super cooling device they got in there...
Yeah, not so much a problem here. Everything (except the trains) seems to go to sleep at around 9. This city can't get past its "cow town" roots, despite the fact that we're now 125,000 strong. *shrug* It's definitely peaceful. =D

It seems like the ice cream trucks around here make a mad dash for it if the temp's over 55. It's kinda funny, we have so many in our area [lives 1 block from an elementary school], they cross paths a lot. Dueling Ice Cream Men. Great movie premise. XD
