Some things in Kingdom Hearts can be tedious and difficult, but that is what games are for, they challenge us to become better and learn the right way to get things taken care of, they teach us to set goals for us to achieve, no games are not perfect, but sometimes you can really just put yourself into the picture, their friends become your friends too(not that people shouldn't have real friends) their lives become your life and their struggles become your struggles, so many games these days focus on 'pvp' and 'co-op gameplay' not that those are bad... but new games feel like they are losing that connection to the character, the desire to truly enjoy the adventure is fading and is being replaced with the desire to just... beat the game, so you can move on to the next better thing, my reality is not being escaped anymore, not with the new games of today, it takes a friends that can pretend and a story worth making on our own.
I as well use video games as an escape from reality and when games are amazing, the music just makes it that much more extraordinary :) Also, I played the KH 1.5 remastered with the art book involved...I only got past the alice in wonderland and got stuck in little mermaid (I think, that's what I remember) and had to move out of my roommates house and they had the ps3 so haven't been able to play it anymore XD But it was fun! I remember, it took me 2 hours to defeat the Alice in Wonderland part, I got stuck trying to get that last piece to be able to use the ice magic ability lol I kept hopping too much to the side, and finally my roommate, who got tired of seeing the same thing over and over again, took the controller and got the piece for me and gave it back (they're more the gamer than me lol) and they were rolling their eyes cuz they thought the game was for kids and I was 21 years old trying to defeat it and sucked XD But I enjoyed this world, very insightful look into the KH world, and the likeliness it shares with the real world~
