Yeah, that's good. My parents listen to the basics, but I know if I go into detail they'll question my choice of media. But I'm sure if I find a good anime and bug them enough they might watch it. And so far Detective Conan is good. I haven't gotten very far, but what I've seen is good.
Well at least you tried right? If it makes you feel any better I tripped and fell flat on my face when I went to my schools tennis tryouts~ apparently having a clumsy person on the team is to hazordous. (No joke. That's physically what they told me!)
I've been meaning to look up the Detective Conan one since yesterday (Blame youtube) but I mean, I don't tell my parents anything. They don't ask and I don't tell them. They aren't interested in this stuff. My Aunt was the only one who tried, because of my cousin, but the only hing she does now is listen. which is good
That's why I don't talk to my parents about the details. XD Though I've been trying to find a few anime they'd like (I'm considering The Count of Monte Cristo and Detective Conan).
I would say to my aunt: Oh! Yeah! I watched Durarara over the weekend! Don't worry, It's only about a boy and his two friends who happen to all have gangs and are fighting each other while being manipulated to kill each other by a psychopathic hottie, who happens to be enemies with an even hotter guy who can throw vending machines. Did I also mention there is this headless woman/alien thing who was being dissected in one scene? I also watched Hetalia!
And then I would get in trouble.
The past couple times I've gone it's either been watching Pokemon or nothing at all. Since they've restricted what's acceptable so much, we hardly watch anything of much quality anymore.
Yeah I know what you mean. They all want to watch things everyone has seen before or know alot about. I want to watch the ones that people never heard about but then sometimes when a person doesn't know about something, they don't really want to watch it.
I used to go to anime club. I don't go anymore since I can see most of my old friends from there anyway, and because I feel like they stopped watching worthwhile anime. *shrug* I'd just rather watch anime at home.
Man, that must be hard.I joined the anime club at my school so I made alot more friends, plus they were originally one of my friend's friends so I saw them alot.
My friends were sitting next to me and the shook their heads, asked me if I was gonna be okay and then they said that he really didn't need to do that. Its perfectly fine now because I was with all my old friends and I met someone with the same name as me and likes!
Yeah, I've cried in band class before, but instead of saying anything in front of the class he came down while we were playing a warmup chorale, put his hand on my shoulder and asked me if I was okay. Some people probably noticed, but being in the back helps.

I swear the manga was labeled tragedy when I was searching under the genre. Haha I like tragedy. Oneshots. But I wasn't on that.

Oh, same. They know I watch anime, but they'd definitely be upset at some of the anime I've seen. (Psycho-Pass, Elfen Lied, Hellsing Ultimate)
