My dear, dear friend. Let me introduce you to my (current) favorite anime!
Basically, Hetalia is a short anime (every episode is only five minutes long lol) that dipicts some of the world's countries as people. For example there's a character named Italy that represents Italy. He is the main character! At first the series sort of followed how WWII worked and how Italy was very dependent on Germany and how he became friends with Japan to fight the allies! That's why the series is Hetalia: Axis Powers.
Lol from what I've gathered, Hetalia is a Japanese word that sort of means "silly Italy" or "useless Italy". It fits him well. Lol you'll have to watch it to see that though. ^_^ It can be seen on www.watchanimeon.com! Just search Hetalia!
