Practice drawing this picture EXACTLY. Then maybe that'll unlock something inside you so that you can draw profiles very easily. (Haha, I'm giving you homework...XD)

That's what happened with me.

The the problems I see in the face:

The chin is back to far

The nose needs to be down more which will make the space between the lips and nose not so far apart.

The curve of the nose is too deep so there is not much definition on the forehead, and for men their foreheads (or at leas their brow) are out more than women's.

The ear is up too high. Try drawing the features of the face, like the eyes and eye brows, and then you can align the ears properly and push the fore head out as much as it needs to be.

It's too big.
