Wait, is the question "why does Rick's story depend on the other two", or "why is the timeline to the story irregular"? xD; (I guess I'll just answer both because I like typing. 8D)
The timeline is irregular because important events happen to Tim from 8th to 11th grade, while most of Dare's events are in 12th grade. (Dare's life is pretty normal up till 12th grade.) And Rick's story jumps around mostly because his POV is like his take on the other two characters' story. Like, how their lives looks in his eyes. In a way. It just gives a different take on things, I guess. Rick does have some events that are specifically for him, though.
Again. Late reply.
what is wrong with me? Yeah I noticed the skipping. i tried to keep up with it. I mean..i got it. It didn't confuse me at all, which isn't hard to do XD Why is that? that's definetly and interesting way of writing.
Awww...WELL IT SHOULD.
Haha, that's fine.
It's probably going to get confusing. "orz Rick's perspective is going to start jumping around from 12th grade to 9th grade to... I don't even know. Dare stays pretty much in 12th grade, while Tim progresses from 8th to 12th. Rick's perspective follows the two of them; his story kind of depends on Tim and Dare. I'll try to make it not too confusing. xD
...and I'm rambling. Sorry.
Thanks! The scene secretly is.....
AND YAY, FANGIRL. Haha. I actually kind of like it when people straight out tell me they're my "fan" because it doesn't happen often. xD

Sorry for the super late reply. I actually had you bookmarked so I could remember to read the chapters. I hope that's not creepy ._.
I actually really like the way you put the stories in different perspectives but still managed to go deeper in the story line without getting confusing.
Im excited to see the picture, and good luck with the inking! I bet this scene is building up to something :)
Good job! you have a new fangirl.
Tim says, "I'm looking at that sky thing over there. Yup."
OOOHHHH, I KNOW. ;A;A;A;;A; That's why 99.9999% (THAT'S 4 NINES! it's from a commercial.) of my pictures don't have backgrounds, because I'm too scared to mess it up. xD;;;
Haha, thanks so much! :,D Yeah, I want to color it. I just hope I don't mess it up. ;3;
Tim also says, "I'm going to pick it up and throw it away later. Goshhhhh."

*glances up* Tim, what are you staring at, bro. It's not polite to stare.
Backgrounds are like the evil of art. They make/break a picture, and are a huge butt to draw. AND THEN. You spend like five hours making one, and you realize you ruined the picture. And that's usually when you start to cry and burn your art.
But you shouldn't be crying or burning anything, because this background looks like the bomb diggity.
I HOPE YOU COLOR IT. Because it looks awesome.
Tim. Did you knock over that cup. That is littering :|
Heeeey, welcome back! :D Thanks a lot. :) And yeah, I hope to color it. Hopefully I don't ruin it during the inking process. xD And I don't usually color backgrounds, so that'll be interesting...
Okay I'll explain it, but it'll be a little stupid sounding. xD It would sound more interesting if I wrote it in Tim's perspective... o3o
Also, if you haven't already read it, I have the first 2 chapters of the story uploaded in this world. (It's in the introduction.)
Okay. So here.
If you read the first chapter, you'll learn that Tim acts like a "popular" kid, even though he doesn't really want to be one. Even in high school, that's how things are for him. (This pictures probably when he's like... a sophomore in highschool-ish.) Okay. So um...
Since he's popular and all, he gets invited to a high school party. I've never been to a party, but ACCORDING TO THE MOVIES, there's alcohol and loud music and dancing and stuff. YEAH.
But that's not really Tim's style. So he goes outside, dumps out his cup of beer, and just kinda chills.
Yup.
Pretty random. xD But like I said, it's a more intersting scene when it's in Tim's perspective. At least, I hope it'll be. xD;;;;

I like the background! And, of course, LEGS~!!! The legs look gorgeous.
And backgrounds ARE a pain, especially with pencil 'cause you have to do all that thin detail.
