Ah, I do have to catch myself a lot! There are certain characters that I draw and have to think 'their had is like a circle' like my characters Tadao and Ana...but then there are others like Ikuya who I just can't draw because I do not understand his face structure and so every time I draw him it looks different...'orz
I think I have gotten to the point where I can start on any part of the body and continue from there. So if I think 'this person has round eyes' then I will start with that feature or I just start with whatever feature is most striking and memorable to me and then go from there...as if I am taking some sort of test. If everything does not match up then they do not look like my character.
IT IS SOOO ANNOYING! TT^TT This is why men never shop...all they get are suits 'n stuff...I feel if there was a wider range of stuff for guys to buy they would be all for fashion because my brother and dad often complain about the lack of fun stuff for guys. I also feel like that boyfriends, friends, etc. who are with their female shopping friends are more likely to be bored because they are never shopping for themselves but with the girl. I get bored when I am shopping with my mom and there is nothing for me to buy, but I don't when there are things I can buy. (Long rant is long)
I think people usually do just start to instinctively draw consistent faces, but for me it depends on my mood... like sometimes I want to draw Stefan cuter, so his face comes out less pointy, and I have to catch myself and make sure I'm being consistent. xD;;;
DARE, THE K-POP RAPPER. Perfect storyline.
Haha, random rapping is fun! 8D And difficult;;
B-BUT WAKUSEIII THERE ARE TOO MANY CHARACTERS.... ;3;
I TOO HAVE NOTICED THIS ABOUT MALE FASHION. As much as I love suits, if I try to search anything else for "male fashion," it's just... shirts... and pants... "orz I'm all for guys wearing dresses, too. :M
Hrmm...them face notes...I really need to do that for my characters...but then I wonder if I am already doing it while I'm drawing my characters. I think 'What does this person look like' and then I draw them based on that, thinking both about the facial structure and the colors and hairstyles and what-not.
Dare before's hair looks like a kpop hairstyle! XD Haha! Dare SHOULD be a rapper! XD Dare reminds me of my friends! XD They are always randomly rapping/saying weird things.
I really like dark skinned characters so Gaelnis looks really cool to me! You need to post more about it! >:0
I am an advocate for men in dresses! It needs to be a more average sort of thing because I am disappointed in most men's fashion. It is mainly just suits and never goes out of the box. Fashion should be for men and women! >:[
