I'm glad you enjoyed it/found it helpful. I'm not familiar with Sound Recorder, but I looked at it briefly on my comp. I couldn't find a way to hear the recorded takes without saving it first, so that may present an annoying problem, but if it records in good quality w/o fuzz, lots of bg noise, etc and you want to use it you could, just make sure that you are able to save or convert your files somehow into MP3 format since that is the file type choice of most online producers.
Thanks for the info you've given us. Now more otakus can have a shot at becoming a voice actor, even if it's for a small project.
I'm wondering though. Supposing that customizing the settings are not necesary, will it be okay to use the Sound Recorder instead? The program located in the Start menu for Windows? (Start > Programs > Accessories > Entertainment > Sound Recorder)
Thanks again for the info. Once I get a better headset, I'll try your tips.
Not really for any paying things (which pop up occasionally on the VAA) but I usually do from other projects that are fan-based or original non-profit.

I'd like to start voice acting sometime, and now at least I'll know where to start, thanks a lot!^_^ I'm sure other people may find this helpful as well ~Thumbs up!^___^
Thank you very much for the info! I'd been wanting to attempt voice acting for quite some time, but was never really sure where to start. I'll be sure to use this when I get started. Thank you!
Pretty cool! I've been meaning to do some research into getting started voice acting, because I'd like to write a book about jobs for creative otakus. You're links are very useful!
