Sorry Hayato is sick and the computer "repair" guy was a douchebag. I got little Sylvyn on Christmas day of 2006, so he's an XP. I love him, and he hasn't given much trouble at all. Vista looks good, but I believe it still has bugs...Anyways, if you don't like whatever the douche puts on Hayato, I suggest going with Avast Antivirus. You can get the free version on Download.com if you're interested. It's worked for me pretty well.
